Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Membuat surat pesanan untuk konsumen.
Melakukan penagihan kepada konsumen sebelum jadwal jatuh tempo.
Menginput data pembayaran ke sistem dan mencetak kwitansi.
Membuat rekap laporan pembayaran harian.
Membuat surat keterangan lunas untuk konsumen yang sudah melunasi pembayaran.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK.
Usia maks. 27 tahun.
Pengalaman di bidang properti min. 1 tahun.
Jujur, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab.
Menguasai Ms. Office (Terutama Ms. Excel).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Feasibililty study terhadap proyek baru sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
Riset dan analisa bisnis terhadap industry property (tren pasar, ekonomi, pesaing, dll).
Analisa bisnis (konsep proyek, produk, desain) terhadap proyek di area pengembangan proyek baru untuk memahami potensi pasar.
Membuat laporan secara berkala.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan min. S1 Arsitek, Pengembangan Properti/Manajemen Real Estate, Perencanaan Kota.
Pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai Business Development di bidang properti.
Mampu melakukan feasibility study, riset, dan analisa pasar.
Menguasai Ms. Office.

REQUIREMENTS:

Male / Female max. 28 years old
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Comprehensive knowledge in design and photography
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Software Proficiency: Adobe CS5 drawing skills is a plus
Hardworking and able to work independently or as a team
Strong conceptualizing skills
Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Willing to work overtime
Confident and highly self-motivated
Fluent in English both oral and written
Very specific and detail-oriented
Good work ethic and attitude
Fresh graduates are welcome
